About the center «Rukhani Zhangyru»

               The Center of  South Kazakhstan State Pedagogical University was based on a programmatic article by the head of state “Orientation for the Future - Болашаққа бағдар: Spiritual Revival - Рухани жаңғыру”, the formation of a new generation of competitive specialists in the educational system, the patriotic education of the younger generation, familiarization with the historical and cultural values ​​of the nation and scientific and development work in these areas. In the framework of cooperation with other structures, according to the order of the university rector dated September 4, 2017 No. 4-74.

University’s  management constantly takes care of the well-conducted work of the center «Рухани жаңғыру»  (See on page 1-4.).

«Information of Center Management Рухани жаңғыру» 

                In the 2017-2018 academic year, the head of the newly created center of SKSPU was the doctor of philosophical sciences, professor Іleshan Smangly Smanov. During this period, the administration of SKSPU did a great job on the part of the head of the center, Professor I.Smanov, on the organization and work of the first center in the region.

Smanov Іleshan Smanұly was born in 1949 in the Otyrar department of the Kyzylkum district of the South Kazakhstan region.
From 1969 to 1973 he studied at the Faculty of Physics of the Shymkent Pedagogical Institute, specializing in drawing and drawing. From 1985 to 1990 he studied at the graduate school of the Kazakh State University

He began his career in 1968-1969 as a worker at a railway depot at Makat station in the Guryev region.

From 1973 to 1981 he worked as a teacher, the head of the boarding school. T. Tazhibaeva,
In 1981-1993 he worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Drawing and Geometric Drawing at the Shymkent Pedagogical Institute.

In 1990 he defended his candidate workand in 2000 a doctoral dissertation.

2001-2004 was the head of the Department of Philosophy named after A. Yassawi. In September 2006, he was an adviser to the president of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after K.A. Yassawi.

In 2006 was a member of the Joint Dissertation Council ОД 14.61.35 for the award of a doctorate in pedagogical sciences at the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after K.А. Yassawi.
In 2008, by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was awarded the academic title of professor. Prepared 8 candidates of sciences, 1 doctor of sciences. I.Smanov published about 200 scientific and educational works. Among them: 3 monographs, 17 study guides, 1 slide film (Kazakhfilm film studio named after Sh. Aimanov. Almaty).

In 2006 he was awarded the Y. Altynsarin medal, in 2007 - the badge “Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
Ismanov I.S. He is the owner of the state grant "The Best University Teacher" in 2008. He is currently Chairman of the Council of Veterans of SKSPU

 From the academic year 2018-2019, the senior lecturer is Associate Professor Anarbaev Kairat Saparkhanovich, a graduate of the History Department of  SKSPU 1994.

 

Anarbaev Kairat Saparkhanovich was born in 1968 on a farm in the village of Rabat, Kazygurt district, South Kazakhstan Region. From 1975 to 1985 he studied at Atbulak High School.
In 1989 he entered the Shymkent Pedagogical Institute. M.O. Auezova at the Faculty of History.

In 1994, he graduated with honors from A. Yassavi IKTU Shymkent Institute, a history teacher

He graduated from the Yassavi IKTU Shymkent Institute with honors, a history teacher. 1994-1995. Lecturer at the Department of General History of the University.

The period 1994-2015 for many years he taught, senior lecturer, head of department, head of a youth organization, vice-rector for academic research and director of the Center for Ethnological Pedagogical Research and Education "Kazakhstan" at South Kazakhstan Pedagogical University.

Since 2015 - Associate Professor at the Department of History of Kazakhstan and Social Disciplines, UKGU.
In 2009 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of historical sciences. Specialist in Turkology, medieval Kazakhstan and source studies. Specialist in Turkology, medieval Kazakhstan and source studies.

Three-time co-executor of grant projects submitted by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He is the author of one monograph, one study guide and more than sixty scientific articles. Under her scientific supervision, 5 candidate dissertations were defended.
He is a member of the campaign group of the Turkestan regional and city akimats of Shymkent. He was awarded letters of appreciation and letters of thanks from the Ministry of Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the People’s Democratic Party Nur Otan, akimats of regions, cities and districts.
