The main task of the archive:

- complete the archive with documents provided for by the basic archive regulations;

- Improving the procedure for transferring documents related to the archival fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan for permanent storage in accordance with the terms and requirements established by the archival affairs management bodies of the subjects of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
