Functions of the "Umit" student service center: 

1. Publication of all kinds of orders for students;
2. Monthly preparation of the student contingent;
3. Issuance of certificates to students for social benefits (Appendix 6) and the necessary certificates to the State Social Insurance Fund (Appendix 31);
4. Issuance of diplomas of specific type to graduates;
5. Issuance of student ID cards;
6. Issuance of student ID cards and duplicate diplomas and attachments (if lost);
7. Acceptance of all forms of applications from students related to the educational process;
8. Acceptance of an application for the issuance of transcripts;
9. Preparation of official reports of university;
10. Conduction of the work with the personal files of students.
