The department's work is aimed at enhancing the prestige and recognition of the South Kazakhstan State Pedagogical University within the scientific and professional community by increasing the publication activity of its faculty, master's and doctoral students, and young scientists. The department also ensures the inclusion of the journal in the list of publications recommended by the Committee for Control in the Sphere of Education and Science, organizes the editorial and publishing process of the scientific journal, and facilitates its indexing in international scientific and bibliographic databases. Furthermore, the department verifies the originality of the project-research sections of all the university's scientific works and graduation theses using an anti-plagiarism system and issues approvals for the works to be defended.
