Institute of postgraduate education

The Institute of Postgraduate Education (IPE) was established as the “Doctoral and Master’s Studies” Department by the decision of the Academic Council of the University (Order No. 4-49 dated May 25, 2018) in connection with the University obtaining a license to train PhD doctors and master’s degree specialists in the 2017–2018 academic year.

From September 1, 2020, the department was renamed the “Department of Postgraduate Education.” In October 2021, due to an increase in student enrollment and structural changes, the department was reorganized into the Institute of Postgraduate Education.

The Institute of Postgraduate Education ensures the training of competitive, highly qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel (PhD doctoral candidates and master’s students). The Institute organizes the educational process for 13 doctoral and 22 master’s degree programs.
